Dribble forward with the ball towards the opposition goal
DRIBBLE TO THE GOAL
“Touch the ball three times” • “Keep the ball close in front of you”
Line up four players behind a starting cone. Put a cone gate 2 yards in front and a cone goal 1 yard further on.
When you say “go” the first player in the line takes three touches to take the ball through the gate.
Once through the gate, players can choose to shoot at the goal or continue their dribble.
When players have shot or finished their dribbling, they pick the ball up and go to the back of the line to wait for another turn.
How many players do I need?
Four players in each line is the maximum.
