Natalie Wood is the Director of Sport at St John’s College in Cardiff. She is also an experienced life coach working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She lists her skills as physical education, coaching, teaching, sports massage, health and fitness.
Dave Clarke spoke to Natalie about being a director of sport during lockdown, what effects this has on the children, working online and how with all the different sports schools cope with coaching. Natalie also points out the importance of mental health especially as the world comes out of lockdown.
