'Now I will have to admit at the start I was a bit apprehensive about doing a coaching program online as I had seen it as more a practical thing were your on the pitch etc.

This is because all my previous CDP's were made up in this method.

But I can safely say it has been brilliant because I am also a Manager and a coach and this course has opened up my insight on both aspects in coaching on the communication stuff and touching on the psychology end of things reading moods etc.

The scenario's I found most interesting because it involved problem solving and they were all relevant as I have came across most of them in my time as a coach.

I have recommended this course to two other coaches'.

"The information I have gained throughout all parts of Courses 1 & 2 have been enlightening in regards to thought processes of all who were interviewed.

Information they provided was educational, in fact exceptionally so.

I can sincerely say all have been invaluable. The structured delivery of both courses and tasks/activities to complete lead and encourage you to the next.

I have been on numerous courses spanning nearly 30 years, including those while a member of the Southampton Premier League Academy coaching staff I can place these courses at the very top and as such will be encouraging current colleagues to enrol as a matter of urgency.

Great job by all involved in both courses".

I found it very useful for my situation as a coach who works in a different country.

I was able to reconnect with colleagues and with the game in the UK and collect information from other parts of the world.

Truly valuable for my CPD to retain my FA/UEFA awards and for networking

I want to thank the League Managers Association with this forward thinking and approach to advanced coach education.

At the top level managers and coaches are very busy and do not have the time to travel and take a 5-10 day course, but through the LMA School of Football Management they bring it directly to the office or home and can be completed at one's own pace.

And having the chance to learn from the games’ biggest names was brilliant!

I enjoyed doing the course. I think it is a very good concept, for those of us who are lucky enough to still be working! It gives you a chance to pick up additional knowledge without having to spend time away from the training ground.

The most inspiring aspect has been the links that lead on from the questions.

I have recommended the course to several coaches already I hope they follow it up. Keep up the good work and thank you once again for keeping us thinking.

Before I started the course I wasn't really sure if it would be relevant to my level of coaching, (I work a lot with children) but it was absolutely brilliant and no matter what level of coaching you coach, you need to create a culture of excellence - everything needs to be right - with clear goals and values and everyone needs to buy into what you are trying to achieve no matter who you coach.

I would definitely recommend this course and it was great to see video clips of the managers talking honestly and it was a great insight as to how they work and how hard they work.

    Thank you

Of course, it would be impossible to talk about everything, but it certainly broadened my mind (positive contribution).

The course has been very good, you learn more about yourself, interesting views from well respected managers and a lot of examples about what you might experience as a manager in running a football club.

I really enjoyed it even though I am not from the computer era, but you learn as you go along.

I have found it very interesting doing the Modules.

The LMA School of Football Management Course is very good for interacting with people in the game, gaining knowledge of their thoughts and ideas from the blogs.

It also refreshes your memory on courses you have been on before.

    Many thanks for your advice.
