Five minute fitness – moon walking

This five minute fitness drill can be used during your training sessions for a quick break to help coaching points sink in, or as an incentive for a drinks break. Great for stretching calves.

How to do it

    > From a jogging start, get the players to try to cover 20 yards in as few strides as possible.
    > Count the number of strides each player takes over four attempts.
    > They should drive with the arms to get more distance and keep their heads up and relaxed.
