Our all girls grade 3/4 team appears to have been placed in a lower division than they should be playing in.  We are having to implement "mercy rule" tactics in every game to prevent unfair blow-out situations (winning by more than 7 points).   What are good strategies we can implement during games and practices to challenge the team throughout the season and foster their continued growth as players?   We don't want this to become a "lost season" in terms of the kids development because they are not being challenged.   Thanks!
