Sarah Lowdon

Sarah Lowdon is currently at the University of Florida pursuing a once in a lifetime opportunity under the mentorship of Becky Burleigh. Lowdon voluntarily gave up a full time NCAA Division I Assistant Coaching position and is now an equipment manager for the Gators. Sarah is also coaching for Gainesville Soccer Alliance and is currently the director of Strength and Conditioning for the club. She has been involved in coaching at the professional level, NCAA Division I and NAIA. This includes stints at the Houston Dash, Sam Houston State University and Wayland Baptist University. Sarah is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is currently a candidate on the United States Soccer Federation A-Senior License. Other licenses include USSF B and United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma.
