Without A Ball:

Dynamic warm-ups without a ball are a great way to wake up sleepy muscles and get players moving around while you wait for the whole squad to turn up.

Dribbling:

Important warm-ups to get individuals working on the techniques of ball control and getting up to speed for training or a match.

Passing:

Getting used to the surface or getting a feel for the ball is vital before players start the main sessions or play in matches - remember this is passing and receiving, key to any game or session.

Possession:

Keeping hold of the ball using individual and team skills is key to your team's tactical play - remember to work on pressing within the possession warm-ups the main elements of any game plan.

Shooting:

Finish what you started - players need to sharpen up their accuracy and power to get a feel for hitting the ball into the back of the net putting the finishing touch to any passing move or set piece.

Goalkeeping:

You may need to get a helper to do it for you while you warm up your outfield players but this is a key factor in being ready for games or training - simple warm-ups that one of the squad's dads can use with your keeper.

Skills:

Individual skills are a winning difference in match play - you can get players to do the things that make them stand out from the opposition and give your team the edge when it matters most.

Technique:

The why, when, where and how of putting all the skills and tactical know-how to work - working on techniques is the main reason Lionel Messi is the best player on the planet.
