It’s a great way to practise changes in possession and fast counter attacks. Players look to pull defences apart by working quickly and by changing the direction of attack.
Use your normal pitch but just the section between penalty areas split into three zones. Small goals go on the four corners with two normal goals at either end. We’ve used 12 players.
